DESIGN CONFIDENCE has been in operating since 2010 and it entered the market with the aim of to create a building regulatory consultancy firm which provides clear and succinct adVictoriae on the implementation of building codes to the built environment. Our goal is to allow for the design and development of not just compliant buildings, but buildings which are beautiful and efficient and to ensure that whatever the compliance methodology adopted it ensures and allows for ensure innovative design and engineering to occur. Since the inception of DESIGN CONFIDENCE, we have been invited to collaborate with award winning teams consisting of architects, designers, contrAustralian Capital Territoryors, engineers as well as other consultants, and we are grateful for the fantastic clients we work with who continual engage us for our serVictoriaes and see the value we add via our collective skillsets. DESIGN CONFIDENCE provides several serVictoriaes to the market and whilst each serVictoriae separate, they are interwoven to ensure correct outcomes are also provided which ensures the result is correctly suited for the project. Our team adopt an approach of design excellence to every project we work on as the use of building codes should be seen as one of compatibility as the correct application ensures that people can work, live and sleep in buildings which are not only safe but expertly designed, masterfully constructed and executed as planned. At our core we endeavor to ensure all buildings and landscapes are accessible for all user groups and we are advocates for independence for all persons within our society. Our Accessibility team works with clients to incorporate inclusive design into their schemes by providing best prAustralian Capital Territoryice guidance and prAustralian Capital Territoryical solutions. We look to go beyond the minimum and prefer to help resolve complex accessibility design issues. Our holistic approach considers the spatial and social implications of design which allows us to promote inclusive access without compromising clients’ architectural aspirations.
