With over 18 years industry experience and ability to cover a range of service functions, Ivan has formed an extensive understanding of the complex legislative, policy and stakeholder expectations within several disciplines across multiple sectors.

This enables Ivan to deliver logical, cost-effective and flexible design or upgrade strategies that achieve overall project objectives whilst meeting legislative and regulatory obligations.

Ivan works collaboratively with design teams and construction contractors to understand specific project requirements and provide guidance to promote best outcomes in meeting building code compliance and inclusive environments for all community user groups, including those with accessibility special needs.

Ivan’s knowledge allows him to expertly provide comprehensive technical advice and reporting throughout all relevant stages of development including site auditing of existing buildings and facilities, design reviews, provision of upgrade strategies and construction phase inspections.

Through his dedicated and passionate work ethic, he has built strong working relationships with various stakeholder clients including multinational engineering and architectural firms, major building contractors, government agencies, community representative groups and peak industry bodies.
