I have over 15 years’ experience in Building Certification and Access Consultancy having delivered lead surveying services in both the public and private sector. Based in Canberra, I am a Building Surveyor (Unrestricted) in NSW, a Principal Building Surveyor in the ACT and Building Surveying Practitioner Level 1 in WA. Tom is also an Accredited Member of the Association of Access Consultants in Access Australia (ACAA). I have been involved with a diverse range of projects and is able to provide proactive and experienced advice. Tom is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is an APC Assessor and Mentor.
