Broad career experience over a quarter-century in public and private sector Facilities Management, Project Management, CAD, CAFM, GIS and Universal Access, specifically:

CAD/CAFM/GIS:
Extensive CAD data management experience including site audits, data integrity management and linkages from AutoCAD to CAFM (Archibus, FM Interact) and GIS (CadCorp, SISfm);

ACCREDITED ACCESS CONSULTANT:
Accredited Access Consultant, Access Consultants Association with extensive universal access auditing, design and remedial works project management experience, pre-construction access audits, innovative solutions, interpreting and applying legislation;

UNIVERSAL ACCESS STRATEGY PROPOSAL:
Recently authored a detailed proposal to dramatically improve Universal Access at Murdoch University, well received, currently under consideration for implementation;

CAPITAL WORKS PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
Project management of capital works:
WA: State government agencies as client representative; and
UK: as Architect’s representative;
successfully delivering over 100 works projects across my career;

SPACE PLANNING:
• Space planning/documentation for office fitout and other minor works projects;
• Management and procurement of facilities service contracts with external service providers valued up to $20M
