Statement of nature of interest in access
My passion for access consulting stems from my dedication to creating inclusive and accessible environments for all individuals. With a strong educational background in architecture and building construction, coupled with ongoing specialised training in access consulting, livable housing design guidelines and specialist disability accommodation, I am steadfast in my mission to ensure that built environments are designed and constructed to meet the highest standards of accessibility and inclusivity.
My academic and professional journey in assisting people with disabilities and challenges has instilled in me a profound understanding of the transformative power of accessible design in enhancing the quality of life. I have acquired the skills and knowledge necessary to provide advice on designing and modifying spaces that not only meet relevant standards but also foster independence and dignity for all users.
My goal is to leverage my expertise to advocate for and implement design solutions that make a tangible difference in people's lives. I aim to contribute to a more inclusive society where everyone has the opportunity to participate fully and comfortably in their built environment.
