Christine, the founder and managing director of Inclusive Places, has worked closely with builders, architects, developers, councils and experts in the construction industry for over 20 years. She has developed a level of understanding that allows her to offer both holistic guidance and accessible design solutions to solve even the most challenging problems.
Our goal is to help streamline design and construction processes and, in doing so, enhance people's connections to and experiences within the spaces built.
Christine holds registration as an Occupational Therapist, is accredited with the Access Consultants Association (Member No. 158) since 2013 and is an Accredited Changing Places Assessor, highlighting her commitment to creating inclusive places.
As an Occupational Therapist, Christine skillfully combines her expertise in building legislation with practical solutions for disability access. Her extensive portfolio encompasses a variety of award-winning projects aimed at fostering a sense of safety, confidence, and independence among individuals with disabilities in public spaces.

Christine is an accredited access consultant, with over 25 years experience providing access for all building types across Australia from commercial fit outs to residential developments and hospitals. Christine is also a trained occupational therapist whose inspiration comes from people of all ages and abilities and helps them instinctively find ways to adapt to the world around them. She is fascinated by how good design can make all the difference in creating healthier lives and communities. She believes that while the end result is important, the journey forms an integral part of delivering a successful project so that costly construction mistakes are avoided.
