Pia is an experienced Access Consultant with over 8 years of industry experience. She is also a qualified building surveyor in Victoria with comprehensive and current knowledge of building regulations and legislative frameworks, including the Building Act, Building Code of Australia (BCA), Australian Standards, local planning schemes, ResCode and its council-specific variations, as well as relevant rules, guidelines, and local authority and utility service requirements.
Her experience spans a wide range of large-scale and complex access projects, including healthcare facilities, mixed-use developments, aged care centres, public transport infrastructure, educational institutions, office buildings, retail spaces, hotels, sports precincts, as well as aquatic and recreational centres.
