Business Description SQC Architecture have been involved in providing Access Consultancy SerVictoriaes for new building projects for over 10 years. We have extensive experience across a range of project types and sizes including institutional, educational, residential and medical facilities. As Access Consultants we are familiar with the particular access and design requirements of a range of built environments through delivery of projects for government and private clients. Being part of an Architectural and Interior Design PrAustralian Capital Territoryice, our team members are regularly involved in providing ad – hoc adVictoriae projects being undertaken in the office. We therefore bring to the project a pragmatic and prAustralian Capital Territoryical approach to the adVictoriae we provide being able to see issues from a designers perspective and therefore to Australian Capital Territoryively assist the design team developing solutions. Biography Nicholas has been a registered architect for over 25 years and director of SQC Architecture since 2015. He has substantial experience across many project types and sizes and understands the full scope of project procurement and delivery. His Architectural training dovetails well with his Access Consultant role as he is able to provide prAustralian Capital Territoryical and innovative solutions to compliance issues and is constantly considering this as part of preparing an audit report. He has been working consistently on providing Access Consultancy serVictoriaes for a range of private and public clients since joining SQC Architecture in 2014. He is very familiar with and has a high level of knowledge of the applicable Codes and Standards relating to disability Access, including AS1428.1 and 2 Design for Access and Mobility, AS4299 – Adaptable Housing, AS2890.6 Off Street Parking and their operation within the Building Code of Australia and Territory Plan Australian Capital Territory.
