DESCRIPTION:Eric Martin AM\, ACA Accredited Access Consultant and Past Pres
 ident of ACA\, will look at some of the key recent and emerging changes af
 fecting accessibility and sanitary facilities under NCC 2025\n\nThe sessio
 n will focus on what these changes mean in practice for access consultants
  with particular attention to the requirements that are often misundersto
 od or overlooked.\n\nThe webinar will cover:\n\n 	What are the arrangement
 s in each State and Territory? – An overview of how accessibility requir
 ements and recent changes are being implemented across Australia\, and whe
 re there are important differences between jurisdictions.\n 	Livable Housi
 ng Design changes – What has changed\, what the current requirements mea
 n for housing design\, and the practical implications for projects\, inclu
 ding the new handbook.\n 	All-gender toilets – Understanding the changin
 g approach to all-gender sanitary facilities and the accessibility conside
 rations that need to be incorporated into their design.\n 	Other minor but
  important changes – which can have significant implications when incorp
 orated into a project.\n\nThe aim is to provide a practical overview of th
 e changes\, highlight common areas of confusion\, and help participants un
 derstand what they need to consider when reviewing or assessing projects u
