With the introduction of the ABCB Livable Housing Design Standard into the NCC 2022, Access Institute is pleased to offer this new Livable Housing Australia (LHA) Design Guideline Assessor / LHA National Construction Code (NCC) Livable Housing Design Standard Assessor course.

This course combines the LHA Design Guideline Assessor course and the LHA NCC Livable Housing Design Standard Assessor course to provide a session that enables participants to apply for registration with LHA as both LHA Design Guideline and LHA NCC Livable Housing Design Standard Assessors.

The course covers the LHA Design Guidelines as well as the Australian Building Codes Board (ABCB)  Livable Housing Design Standard referenced by the NCC. It provides the opportunity for professionals to extend their service offering in this extensive, growing market.
