Invitation for feedback on a newly developed theory

Tell Us What You Think!

Our research team has been investigating effective methods for evaluating the application of universal design in the built environment over the past 12 months. An outcome of this research has been the development of the Application and Evaluation of Universal Design in the Built Environment (AEUD-BE) Grounded Theory. We would like to invite you to review this theory, and provide your feedback to inform its ongoing development. You are eligible to take part in this study if you are aged over 18 years, and are able to respond to the survey in English. The aim of this study is to provide a range of stakeholders with an interest in universal design with the opportunity to evaluate the AEUD-BE for relevance, credibility and potential future use.

Participation in this process would involve reviewing a selection of materials on the AEUD-BE website and completing a brief (10 minute) feedback survey at the bottom of the page. This online survey will include both closed and open questions, and you will have the opportunity to comment on any aspect of the theory you wish. Consent to use your data in the study will be assumed if you return a response, and as all data will be collected anonymously, you will not be able to withdraw your response once it has been submitted.

If you would like to participate, please review the AEUD-BE Grounded Theory - Consent Form which is also available at the beginning of the feedback survey on the AEUD-BE website. If you would like further information about this study, or about the Application and Evaluation of Universal Design in the Built Environment (AEUD-BE) Grounded Theory, please contact the research term using the contact details below.

Please feel free to pass this invitation on to anyone else you feel may be interested in participating.
